UPDATE FROM BLENHEIM PALACE
Blenheim Palace are opening more entrance gates for all three days of the Blenheim Palace Flower Show (Friday 19th – Sunday 21st June 2026) which will lead to the main car park to ensure the easiest arrival possible. To avoid delays and make your journey as easy as possible, please use the correct entrance for your direction of travel.
- If you’re arriving from the South: on the A44 please use our main Hensington Gate located at 0X20 1PP.
- If you’re arriving from the North: on the A44 please use the Ditchley Gate entrance at OX20 1HQ.
- If you’re arriving from the West: on the A4095 please use the Bladon Gate entrance at OX20 1RQ (Follow signage for Blenheim Palace).

The Palace is within easy reach of central London and Birmingham. Both cities are around one and a half hours away by car. Free car parking is available on-site, however, Blenheim Palace encourage the use of sustainable public transport as much as possible. Click here for more details.
Bus
The S3 bus from Oxford to Woodstock runs every 30 minutes from Oxford train station and Oxford’s Gloucester Green bus station to the gates of Blenheim Palace. Please ask the bus driver to identify the appropriate stop.
The 7 bus from Oxford to Woodstock runs from Oxford train station and George street via Oxford Parkway to the gates of Blenheim Palace.
Oxford Bus Company’s 500 service leaves from Oxford Parkway and stops at Blenheim Palace and Woodstock. Show your bus ticket at the gate to receive a 30% discount on entry. Ask the driver for more details, or check the leaflets on board.

Train

Coach
Regular services run from London Victoria Coach station to Gloucester Green in Oxford. Visit oxfordtube.com for prices and times.

Cycling
Woodstock is connected to Oxford via the National Cycle Network #5 route. To view the Sustrans cycle route maps in detail visit sustrans.org. Please note that while there are bike racks available at the Palace but cycling within the Park is not permitted. Visitors may cycle from the entrance gates to the Palace and back.
Road
Blenheim Palace is located eight miles north-west of Oxford, on the A44 Evesham Road. The Palace is signposted from junction nine of the M40. If you are using satellite navigation, please use the postcode OX20 1UL.
When visiting by car, please be aware that a 20mph speed limit applies across the Estate.
Free car parking is available to all visitors (some exceptions may apply for certain events), with disabled parking for blue badge holders at Flagstaff car park in front of the Palace. Further parking is available at the Pleasure Gardens.
