STAYING SAFE @ BLENHEIM PALACE FLOWER SHOW

Your safety is important to us when visiting our show so we have been working hard behind the scenes and put extra measures in place to keep visitors, exhibitors and staff safe.

HEALTH CHECKS

If you are experiencing symptoms connected with Coronavirus (Covid-19) and feel unwell or currently self-isolating, then please DO NOT attend the show. Any member of the public clearly displaying such symptoms will be refused entry.

Any member of staff displaying symptoms connected with Coronavirus (Covid-19) will be sent home immediately to isolate in accordance with Government guidelines.

Please familiarise yourself with the following and always check the Government’s current guidelines before leaving home:-

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Visitors to the show can only purchase tickets on-line in advance through Blenheim Palace, as tickets are limited. By purchasing on-line you are agreeing to share your information with the NHS Test & Trace service.

The lead ticket purchaser for a group must know the contact details of their party. Tickets are non-transferrable.

To enable us to manage the amount of people on site tickets need to be day specific and we may ask visitors to indicate their time of arrival. Please note that all ticket sales and enquiries are dealt with directly by Blenheim Palace. If you would like to speak to the team about your booking, please email customersupport@blenheimpalace.com.

We will monitor the number of visitors attending the show throughout the day and take action, where appropriate, by restricting/regulating the flow to comply with the current social distancing rules on the date of your visit.

All tickets must be scanned on entry to the show to enable us to keep an exact head count.

If you need re-entry to the show, please notify a member of the team on the gate and they will arrange this for you.

Please look out for our new Covid signage and help us keep you safe by adhering to the requests as these measures are put in place for all our benefits.

The show layout has been addressed and wider aisles have been put in place where needed. Social distancing will be in place across the entire Show and Grounds including car parks, queues and around the main stage/arena (if present) so please adhere to the 2m social distancing rule or 1m mitigation (face coverings, screens etc) where this is not possible.

If marquees with sides on are in use at the show then face coverings are mandatory for people over the age of 11+ and there will be one way systems in place for your safety. Visors do not replace the requirement for face coverings. To assist our stewards, please display a badge or card if you are exempt from wearing a face covering.

Face coverings are not mandatory when outside, but we do advise you bring one with you for your own comfort and protection. Please note: – We do not provide face coverings.

Hand washing facilities and sanitising stations will be provided and clearly signed across the show. Please sanitise your hands before entering the show.

Toilets provided at the show will be cleaned regularly in line with Government advice.

Catering concessions will have nearby handwashing/sanitising stations for use.

REFUND AND TICKET TRANSFERS DUE TO COVID

We will continue to monitor Government guidelines and advice but in the unlikely event that we would need to cancel the show or move it to a later date, please contact Blenheim Palace who will be able to either transfer or refund your ticket booking. You can do this by emailing customerservice@blenheimpalace.com or call 01993 810530.

Please ENJOY your visit and Aztec thank you for your co-operation.
